1. Nature of the Service
The Pro and Business plans contain no physical product. They consist exclusively of digital software services, feature sets and storage quotas assigned instantly to the BUYER's account on the LiveAlbum platform.
2. Delivery Time
Plan features are automatically activated on the BUYER's account at the moment payment is confirmed by Stripe's secure payment infrastructure. Confirmation normally takes between 5 seconds and 5 minutes. For payments pending bank approval, delivery occurs as soon as the approval is completed.
3. Delivery Scope
All features included in the plan (unlimited guest uploads, event page, QR invitation, AI QR card atelier, live wall, archive duration and others) become accessible on the BUYER's account simultaneously upon payment confirmation. These features can be used immediately via the dashboard.
4. Delivery Confirmation
When payment completes successfully, the BUYER receives two notifications: an instant visual confirmation on the dashboard and an email containing the payment receipt. The email includes the order number, plan name, amount, payment date and invoicing details.
5. Technical Requirements
A modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge, latest 2 versions) and an internet connection are sufficient to use the service. Guests need a phone camera capable of scanning a QR code; no application download is required.
6. Data Retention Period
Uploaded photos and videos are kept on secure infrastructure for the duration of the plan's archive period. The data is processed and stored in Türkiye. At the end of the archive period the BUYER receives a reminder email; if the period is not extended, the data is destroyed or anonymised in accordance with KVKK art. 7.
7. Failure to Deliver
If payment has been confirmed but the plan has not been assigned to the account within 24 hours due to a technical fault, the BUYER may contact [email protected] to request either a refund or manual assignment. This case falls under the exceptional refund procedure in the Refund & Cancellation Policy art. 5.
