1. Scope
The activities below require explicit consent that you can grant or revoke at any time during registration or via the Permissions page in your dashboard. Withholding these consents does not impact your core use of the service; only the relevant communication and analytics features are disabled.
2. Activities Requiring Explicit Consent
Your consent is collected separately for each of the following purposes:
- Marketing email — sending campaign news, product updates and special offers as commercial electronic messages.
- Marketing SMS — sending campaign and reminder messages via SMS (through an authorised SMS provider).
- Marketing calls — direct phone outreach for campaigns and offers.
- Analytics / advertising cookies — loading third-party pixels and cookies for anonymous user behaviour analysis and ad measurement.
3. Free and Informed Consent
Each consent above is collected with its own checkbox. We do not use a single 'accept all' control. Granting the marketing consents is not a precondition for using the service.
4. Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw any consent at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason. Withdrawal channels: (i) toggles in your dashboard's Permissions page, (ii) unsubscribe link in each email, (iii) the 'IPTAL' keyword in each SMS, (iv) email to [email protected]. Withdrawal requests are actioned within at most 72 hours.
5. Retention of Consent Records
Every consent grant or withdrawal action is logged with date, IP and user agent for audit purposes. These records are retained for 3 years after withdrawal as evidence.
