b) Essential characteristics of the goods or service
LiveAlbum is a web-based sharing service that collects the photos and videos guests upload from their phones during an event into a single QR-coded album. The service runs in any modern browser; neither the BUYER nor guests need to install an application. Premium membership includes a daily renewing AI generation allowance based on the purchased plan: 50 on the first day and 10 each following day for Business and Wedding Weekend; 100 per day for Organizer. Each generation and edit uses one from the allowance; unused daily allowance does not carry over. The premium packs available for purchase are as follows:
- Business Pack — AI QR card atelier (daily renewing generation allowance) + priority processing + 1-year archive + custom theme + Turkish/English AI invitations.
- Duo Package — Any two events in a single purchase (e.g. welcome party + wedding, two separate days) + everything in the Business pack + a shared archive across both events + AI QR card atelier (daily renewing generation allowance).
- Organizer Plan — Monthly recurring subscription: 5 events per day, 100 generations per day, logo monogram, everything in the Business pack, and archive for the duration of the subscription.
c) Total price (VAT included)
The stated amounts are in TRY (VAT 20% included) for sales within Türkiye. For international sales, payment is collected in the currency applicable to the BUYER's country (USD/GBP/EUR).

- Duo Package: ₺4,490.00 (VAT included)
- Organizer Plan: ₺4,999.00/month (VAT included)
ç) Additional costs
No shipping, setup, transaction or hidden fees are charged in addition to the amounts above. The Business and Duo packages are one-time payments with no auto-renewal. The Organizer Plan is a monthly recurring subscription that renews automatically each month until the BUYER cancels.
d) Payment method
Charges are processed via the Stripe Payments secure infrastructure for all domestic and international sales, using credit or debit cards. Card data is not stored on LiveAlbum's servers; all sensitive data is processed within PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
e) Delivery method and time
The service is digital. Once payment is confirmed, plan features are activated on the BUYER's account immediately (typically between 5 seconds and 5 minutes). Delivery is completed well before the 30-day statutory ceiling under DCR art. 7. Further details are provided on the Delivery Terms page.
f) Complaints and appeals channel
Complaints and appeals may be sent to [email protected]. Requests are reviewed and resolved within no more than 7 business days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts (see item ğ).
g) Right of withdrawal
Under Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/1-ğ, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed electronically and instantly, or to intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly. Because LiveAlbum's premium plans are activated on the BUYER's account at the moment of payment confirmation, they fall within this exception. By ticking the explicit checkbox at checkout, the BUYER acknowledges the exception and waives the right of withdrawal in advance, in electronic form.
ğ) Forums for dispute resolution
Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts have jurisdiction in line with the monetary thresholds the Turkish Ministry of Trade publishes annually. For 2026 the upper limit for district Consumer Arbitration Committees is TRY 149,000 (2026 Ministry circular). Disputes below this figure go to the Committee, those above to the Consumer Court. In consumer disputes the BUYER's place of residence has jurisdiction; LiveAlbum does not invoke a Bursa venue clause in such disputes.
h) Defective service and notification period
If the service is not in line with the contract or the qualities advertised (defective service), the BUYER must notify [email protected] within 30 days of discovering the defect. LiveAlbum reviews the notification within 7 business days; where the claim is justified, repair, re-performance or refund is applied as appropriate (TKHK art. 13 and 15).
ı) Term of the agreement and renewal
The agreement covers a one-time purchase of a single package. There is no auto-renewal; the BUYER's card details are not reused for further charges. The archive period is 30 days under the Pro pack and 1 year under the Business pack. At the end of the term the BUYER receives a reminder email; extending the term by purchasing an additional pack, or exporting data under KVKK art. 11, is at the BUYER's discretion.
Optional: Sample withdrawal form and waiver
As explained in item (g) above, no right of withdrawal arises under this contract. Nevertheless, a BUYER who wishes to view the sample withdrawal form annexed to the DCR may request a copy by emailing [email protected]. The BUYER declares this waiver in electronic form by ticking the 'I consent to the immediate performance of the digital service and waive my right of withdrawal' checkbox at checkout.
