1. General Rule
The Pro or Business plan you purchase is activated on your account instantly after payment confirmation. This instant digital performance triggers the statutory exception in Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/1-ğ, under which no right of withdrawal arises.
2. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal (DCR art. 15/1-ğ)
Under Turkey's Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/1-ğ, contracts for services performed electronically and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer fall outside the right of withdrawal. The BUYER explicitly acknowledges this exception during checkout and waives the right of withdrawal in advance.
By starting the service and downloading your AI-generated design, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
3. Consent at Checkout
Four separate checkboxes are presented at checkout: the Distance Sales Agreement, the Pre-information Form, consent to instant digital performance, and the KVKK Privacy Notice. These approvals are recorded together with IP address, browser information and timestamp.
4. Free Preview
Before purchasing, the BUYER may generate one complimentary AI QR card preview on LiveAlbum. This preview allows them to evaluate the nature of the service; the purchase is therefore an informed choice made after testing the product.
5. Exceptional Refund Cases
An exceptional refund procedure is offered in the following circumstances. Requests must be sent to [email protected] within 14 days of the incident.
- Failure of the plan due to a technical fault lasting longer than 24 hours.
- Duplicate payment (two separate charges for the same plan).
- Payment received but the plan was not assigned to the BUYER's account at all.
- A systemic AI generation error that consumed the daily generation allowance without producing usable output (the allowance is automatically refunded).
Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. The amount typically appears in the BUYER's account within 1-10 business days depending on the card issuer.
6. How to Apply
For exceptional refund requests, send an email to [email protected] that includes the payment date, order number and a description of the situation. The request is reviewed within 7 business days and the outcome is communicated to the BUYER by email.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute over a refund, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts hold jurisdiction based on the monetary thresholds announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade. For consumer disputes, the jurisdiction of the BUYER's place of residence applies.
