Sensitive data — card number, expiry, CVV — is processed on Stripe's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified servers. This data never reaches LiveAlbum servers, is never logged, and is never stored in our database.
Every payment is verified by your bank via SMS or a push notification with a one-time passcode. Even if your card is stolen, no one without access to your phone can complete a payment.
Every connection between your browser and LiveAlbum is encrypted with 256-bit TLS 1.3. Our Let's Encrypt certificate auto-renews; there is no HTTP traffic — no endpoint leaves HTTPS.
LiveAlbum has no subscription. Every purchase is one-time; your plan is active for the validity period you paid for. Your card is never charged automatically at the end of the month — you must explicitly approve a new payment.
Under Turkey's Distance Sales Regulation art. 15/1-ğ, the consumer waives the right of withdrawal for digital content delivered immediately. You explicitly confirm this waiver during checkout; otherwise the 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

No. Card number, expiry, CVV and cardholder name are processed on Stripe's PCI-DSS certified infrastructure. This data never reaches LiveAlbum servers. Our database only stores the payment result (success/failure, masked last 4 digits).
We accept every major card scheme: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and domestic debit/credit cards — Maximum (İş Bankası), Bonus (Garanti BBVA), World (Yapı Kredi), Axess (Akbank), Paraf (Halkbank), CardFinans (QNB Finansbank). Both debit and credit cards are supported.
After entering your card details, your bank sends a one-time passcode via SMS (or a push notification from the bank's mobile app). Payment cannot complete without that code. Even if the card itself is stolen or its details leaked, no one without access to your phone can complete the transaction.
Email us at [email protected] first — if we confirm the issue, we will start your refund within 7 business days. The refund posts to the same card; the timing on your statement depends on your bank's internal process (2–15 business days). If unresolved, you can also raise a Consumer Arbitration Committee complaint or a chargeback through your bank.
Once you exercise a valid right of withdrawal or we approve a legitimate refund request and instruct Stripe, LiveAlbum starts the refund within 14 days on our side. Stripe sends it to the card the same day; depending on your bank's process, it reflects on your statement within 1–15 business days.
