How do guests connect to the internet at the wedding?
Guests scan the QR on their own mobile data — venue Wi-Fi isn't required. For venues with weak signal, we recommend printing the Wi-Fi password on your QR card.
How long are photos stored after the wedding?
1 year on the Business and Duo Package plans. Backed up automatically on AWS Frankfurt; you can download at original resolution anytime.
Can older relatives use it too?
Absolutely. Scanning a QR code with the phone camera is all it takes — no app, no sign-up, no account. A 70-year-old aunt uploads just as easily as a 20-year-old cousin.
Will it interfere with my wedding photographer?
No. LiveAlbum complements your professional photographer, it doesn't replace them. While they capture composed scenes, guests capture different angles, different moments — a true 360° memory.
Can I delete photos I don't like?
Of course. You have full control of the album. You can delete, hide, or make any photo private to yourself.
